The Drums Alive ® Instructor Training-Certificate Course combines traditional aerobic elements with the energetic rhythm of the drums. The focus of this training is learning to "drum" with drumsticks on stability balls, combining rhythm and aerobic dance.
The Academic Beats education training focuses on learning through rhythm and movement. In addition to learning the basic drumming techniques,they improve cognitive abilities through the use of rhythmic patterns.
